Our advanced, delicious prediabetes dietary meal plan shows clients how to incorporate good nutrition into their everyday lives. Collaborating with a Concierge Chef, the PreDiabetes Centers nutritionists designed short- and long-term nutrition plans that help reverse the diabetes process. Using daily and weekly meal plans featuring American, Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican cuisine and more, our clients eat healthy whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds, lean meat and foods containing healthy fats. Clients also receive more than 120 specially designed prediabetes recipes—chock-full of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients—in a beautiful, full-color handbook.
